- 3. Make It Official Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll secure your wedding date with a signed agreement and deposit. From there, your date is officially on our calendar!
- 4. Plan the Details As your wedding day gets closer, we’ll connect with you to gather your timeline, locations, important family members, special traditions, and any moments you especially want captured.
- 5. Your Wedding Day We’ll arrive on time and prepared to capture all the big moments and little details. Our goal is to be professional, unobtrusive, and allow you to fully enjoy your day.
- 6. We Create Your Film After your wedding, we carefully review and edit your footage, selecting the moments, emotions, audio, and details that tell the story of your day. We craft your film to feel authentic to you—not like a generic wedding video, using your colors, themes, and songs of your choice.
- 7. Relive Your Day Once your film is complete, you’ll receive your finished wedding video via dropbox or USB where you can watch, download, and share it with the people you love.

When should I book for a wedding?
Typically, couples book us for their wedding a year in advance, but it is possible to book us last-minute if we have an opening. Your date is secured once you put down a deposit and we put the event in our calendar.
What is your travel fee?
We love traveling across the country and around the world to provide our services to couples on their big day. If you are within 60 miles of Boston, don’t worry about any travel fee. If you are outside this range, the travel fee will be quoted based on location.
Are the wedding packages customizable?
Yes, every couple can customize their wedding package to fit their desired result. Whether there’s a certain detail you want highlighted or more film time, let us know, and we can figure out how to best capture your big day.
How much do your wedding videography services cost?
Our wedding videography services start at $1950 for our prime package, $2450 for our plus package, and $2950 for our deluxe package. Reach out to us today to find which package best fits your wedding wishes.
When can I expect to make payments?
Couples pay 50% of the cost when they reserve the date, with the rest of their balance due by the week of their wedding. We accept cash, check, credit, debit, Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal.
How long does it take to get photos and video back?
Couples can expect their wedding videos after 90 days. This gives us time to make sure every detail is picture perfect.
Do you professionally edit videos?
Yes, we professionally edit all videos using industry-standard editing software. We don’t outsource our work, so you know every step is done by us.
What is your policy for emergencies?
We will try our best to make it to your wedding in the event of an emergency and may even send backup video professionals in our place if needed. If we are absolutely not able to make it, you can expect a refund.
